By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.

- Payment of half the full price upfront
- Comission will only be started after first payment
- The other half of payment will be paid after draft aproval for finalization
- Exposure is not a valid form of payment under any circumstances- I reserve the right to refuse a comission that makes me uncomfortable or goes against my values. Please do not insist; persistent pressure may result in a blacklist.
- If you cancel before any work is done, a full refund may be possible
- If canceled after payment and comission start, no refunds will be issued. You may receive an unfinished version if you choose- Commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise
- I retain full rights to the artwork, including displaying it on my portfolio and social media
- You may repost the art with credit. Do not remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own
- You are not permitted to use the artwork for NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain purposes
